We will be accepting cash, debit and credit card with a minimum of $20 for card charges. We do not allow previews or pre-sales for the benefit of all our customers. We will not be able to assist with larger items. Please bring enough people to help load! There will be plastic bags and some boxes available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.
Please be courteous to the surrounding neighbors and leave enough space for others to park and exit. Please do not block mailboxes or driveways, including the estate's driveway. The driveway will be used for loading larger items! Thank you!
Numbers will be handed out according to whomever arrives first. Staff should be there by 8:30 to set up and pass out numbers. Rules of the sale will be given at 8:55 AM and the door will be opened. Entrance and exit will be through the downstairs right side of the home. Please line up outside the entrance.
We have priced the items in our sales appropriately to sell. Please be courteous and know we have put in the time and research to find the best price for the items. We will sell all items on the first day by tag price and 50% off on the second day. Bids will be accepted on the first day above 60% of the full price. If you put in the highest bid and the item does not sell that day, we will call you that same evening. The item is yours if paid by 11 AM the next morning. Bidders who do not follow through with payment and pickup will not have the opportunity to bid again in the future.
