Multi-family estate sale and inventory liquidation sale! More higher-end merchandise but much regular estate sate stuff. This is the first of 3 estate sales we will be having over the next month, beginning Friday May 22 through Sunday May 23, 2026 and for the next 3 weekends. It will be held at a private residence at 5652 S. Florence St. Greenwood Village CO 80111 from 10am to 5pm or later. It is an upscale house in an upscale neighborhood, and will feature mostly upscale items that came from several private owners, previous estate liquidations and our vintage store in Denver. To begin with, there will be very litter furniture yet, but several thousand pieces of clothing, shoes and purses, mostly women's, and some men's higher end clothing in mostly all major name brands. We will also have 2 rooms filled with over 400 pieces of fine art pieces, from $10 up into the thousands for signed, original and antique art. Wed also have a large inventory of wallpaper including popular commercial vinyl and textured paintable patterned wallpaper. We will also be featuring numerous contractor-replated items, such as leftover building materials and supplies such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardware, reconditioned high end appliances, both gas and electric, lots of brand new sinks of every type, style and color including granite, quartzite, Corian, Elkay, Blanco, stone, glass vessel sinks, retro sinks. We have commercial & residential doors, barn doors, mirror closet doors, automotive items, a brand new set of 4 tires, a 55-gallon aquarium with table, several pieces of vintage audio equipment & speakers, a 5-pc Pearl drum set with cymbals & cases, 150 vintage 90s sports team lunchboxes, sporting & outdoors items like fishing rafts, and many general household items and vintage/collectible things. We also have hundreds of original 70s & 80s Star Wars cards in mint condition including 5 of the top 10 best-sellers. This collection is worth over tens of thousands, is NOT on site and shown by appointment only. Many unique pieces. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms filled with gently used mattresses & box springs in every size, some frames, including a beautiful queen size antique brass bed. The house will be renovated, so even things like cabinets, granite countertops, and the entire cherry & Corian kitchen will be for sale including the high-end appliances and bathroom vanities and granite countertops. There will be something for everyone. We will also entertain offers on the entire inventory, only a fraction of which is in the house and is valued at over $600k when in the store. And yes the house itself will be for sale, just not yet as we will be renovating it, so if you are interested we can custom finish it for you.
