We do have street parking Yahoo!!Still be considerate of the homeowners driveways. City planners don't believe on having parking-GRRRR

We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting as soon as I get there, normally 2 hours prior to opening and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.

This home is monitored by both visual and voice camera's. The home has wonderful square footage and every square inch of this home offers incredible treasures.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you.
Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help.

We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools. Anything that requires electricity we test prior to selling.

The home owner was a very prominent Denver Dr. He and his wife were deeply loved and admired by all of those who had the pleasure of coming into contact with them.
