All items are in vintage, 'as found' condition and will exhibit signs of wear and use commensurate with age. Old Wagon does attempt to disclose any major defects which could significantly affect value, however, the absence of any disclosure does not imply that the lot is free from defect. Photos are an important part of the description, so please review them carefully and inquire with any concerns.

Please note that our contact phone number is the land line at the antique mall, so response to inquiries may not be immediate.

Old Wagon is the premiere Antique Mall in North Denver. As such we can offer and encourage local pick up. Items may be picked up at the mall during normal business hours. Please plan to pick up your items within two weeks of the sale closing. Shipping is provided through Live Auctioneers. Shipping can be expensive, especially for large or complex items (multiple parts), so please plan accordingly. Old Wagon cannot offer refunds if they buyer decides shipping is too expensive.

Payments are applied automatically through Live Auctioneers. While we strive for your satisfaction, refunds are not offered, so please review photos/descriptions carefully and bid accordingly. Please plan to pick up your items or settle for shipping within two weeks of auction close. Items not collected or arranged for shipping will ultimately be considered abandoned after two weeks.
