Workshop to Living Spaces: The Home Sale

By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Items Sold "As-Is" All property is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind regarding the physical condition, age, authenticity, or value of the items. We provide high-resolution photos and descriptions to the best of our ability; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the items before bidding.

2. Local pickup (Johnston, Colorado) is limited to Wednesday January 28th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

3. Storage is availabe for a fee, depending on the size of your items.

3. Abandonment Policy any items not picked up, or special arrangements have been confirmed through Estate Inventory Services by 3:00 PM on Wednesday January 28th at 3:00pm, will be considered abandoned.

Ownership of abandoned items reverts to the auction house/seller.

No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.

The bidder may be responsible for any disposal fees incurred for large furniture items left behind.

4. Please bring your own:

Packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, and boxes) for Fiestaware and glass.

Tools for furniture disassembly (if required).

Sufficient labor/help to lift and carry heavy furniture; auction staff will not be available to assist with heavy lifting.
