Estate 1: Home of a wealthy couple from Capital Hill. As told by the man of the house "My wife had a Black Belt in Shopping!". The majority of the sale is filled with the contents of this estate and it's a virtual time capsule of high-end collectibles. Fine porcelain, clothing and collectibles from a discerning lifetime shopper with no kids. Everything is in fantastic shape!
