1. CASH ONLY PLEASE
2. There will not be a sign-up sheet. Please mark your spot. Be respectful of the line and the markers. There will be a place marked at the end of the driveway for your markers. No boxes before the day before the sale. You must stay with your box if you drop it, you may stay in your car but no dropping the night before and coming back in the morning please! Please do not go into yard before sale.
3. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds.
4. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
5. No strollers, animals, food or drink, or smoking permitted inside or outside the home.
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons.
7. Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.
8. Please be advised that parking is limited in this area as it is a small neighborhood
9. No presales, or Early Entry. No public restrooms.
10. Bring your own packing materials
