Cash is best but Cards over $50 are cool too. No checks, they are no longer considered actual money by anyone except the granny in front of you at the supermarket. Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries; therefor there shall be none. these are often old houses, use good judgement. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their hoods. Be mindful of parking ordinances on these and all public thoroughfares. Shoplifters will be prosecuted, in addition to several un-named punishments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for being a d-bag as defined by me.. There will be a hold table where you can leave items which you will indeed purchasing prior to your departure; this table is not monitored - read that last part again. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, that guardian must be sober.. Small dogs are ok as long as you hold them in your arms for the duration of your shopping experience. Obviously service dogs are always welcome as well as regular dogs that you have purchased a fake service dog collar, how are we gonna check really?. All items must be paid for in full before you take them from the home and all items must be removed from the property by the close of business on the last day of that sale. Boxes and bags are provided to facilitate the purchased item removal process. No presales.
