NOTHING OF VALUE IS EVER LEFT IN THE HOUSE OVERNIGHT

We do have street parking Yahoo!! But it will still be difficult to park, so please be considerate of the homeowners driveways.

We don't have a sign up sheet, We Do Give Numbers out starting as soon as I get there, normally 2 hours prior to opening and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.

There are no steps going into the house but of course going down to the basement, up to the bedrooms or into the garage there will be. This feels small on each level. Please take special care.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help and your own boxes.

We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools to the best of our ability.
