NOTHING OF VALUE IS EVER LEFT IN THE HOUSE OVERNIGHT
We do have street parking, Yahoo!! But it will still be difficult to park, so please be considerate of the neighbors' driveways. There are no steps going into the house but of course there are step going down to the basement, up to the bedrooms, and into the garage.
You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items - we will not be able to help you. WE CAN NOT / WILL NOT be able to help you move any large or heavy items (we all have back or knee issues).
If you don't have your own movers, please don't buy large item that you are unable to move. You MUST bring your own help and your own boxes.
We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools to the best of our ability.
I accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Venmo - but no checks .
