All Sales are final and sold "as is, where is" without warranty expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as agents of the seller.
Once an item has been paid for there will be no refunds given full or partial; for any reason without exception.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase and accepts any defect/ issue not found in inspection. No remedies will be given for defective or issues with items.
Buyer shall assume all liability for the property after purchase is made
All items MUST BE REMOVED on day of sale ...If you do not pick up your item(s) you will loose your purchased item(s) and will not be issued a refund.
Bring Help to Load Large Items and tools to dismantle if necessary. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the safety, security, removal, and transport of purchases. No loading or moving assistance will be provided.
Integrity Estate Sales and or Homeowner not responsible for accidents that occur on the property.
No large purses. Leave those in your car please.
Do not block driveways.
Changing price tags is considered shop lifting. Shop lifters will be prosecuted and banned from further sales.
All valuables removed nightly.
Cash, Visa and major credit cards accepted. No Checks
Sales Tax is collected. If you are tax exempt please bring a copy of your license to leave with us for purchase .
Smoking and pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
Buyer agrees for and on behalf of buyer, buyer’s heirs, successors and assigns that buyer shall indemnify and hold Integrity Estate Sales harmless from and against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any item including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damages.
Persons attending during sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify Integrity Estate Sales from liability therefore.
