Parking is NOT available on the street in front of the property, it is ALL A BIKE LANE. Also parking inside the community is very little outside of visitor parking on both ends. You will have to park around the corners and walk in. When picking up large items we are keeping the driveway open. PLEASE be mindful of someone’s driveway when picking up your larger purchases and furniture

We will be having a 4 day sale starting Thursday the 12th -15th Sunday.

We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting 7:30 and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number.

There are steps and always unseen hazards, please make sure you take your time and be careful. We are not responsible for any injuries.

You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you.
Please bring your own bags or boxes. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help.

We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools. Anything that requires electricity we test prior to selling.

This is a packed home with wonderful pieces and so much to choose from. There is Pyrex to Stereo's, Tools to Woman's Clothing/Mens, Collectibles to Mid Century Modern, from MCM to Antique. So much to choose from!

The couple traveled and owned a travel agency so there are so many fun things to see and purchase for you to cherish. They loved the Broncos and Kansas State. Music was a big part of their lives and sports. Collecting of tools even though they live in a community that it wasn't a necessity.And the Artwork is outstanding!!
