In Person Sales:
1. Be respectful of others and the property
2. ALL PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. All property is sold without warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity. We present and describe all merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible.
3. No Returns so please make sure you want the item before you purchase it.
4. Sales Tax will be collected and an additional fee is added to credit card payments. Cash is accepted.
Online auction:
1. ALL PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. All property is sold without warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity. We present and describe all merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. Additional condition reports and photos are available by request via phone or e-mail and must be made no later than 12:00 noon the day preceding the sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. BIDDING - We reserve the right to reject any and all bids. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the winner. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.
3. TAXES - Taxes will be added to invoices where applicable.
4. ITEM PICK UP - Pick up will be available post sale. If you need to make other pick up arrangements please contact us. Any items not picked up or shipped out 1 week post sale will be charged $10 per day per item storage fees. ANY ITEM NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPED OUT within 2 weeks will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY and will be resold or donated.
5. SHIPPING - We are happy to help arrange for shipping or bring items to USPS. Shipping and handling fees apply and buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Items can be brought to a third party shipper who will provide shipping cost information.
If an item is large or heavy we can provide help with shipper information. The estimated shipping cost is based on the zip code you provided, the estimated size and weight of the item, and the designated shipping vendor. The cost includes item pickup, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance.
Your actual shipping cost is subject to change based on the final price and insurance value of your item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks post payment for your items to be shipped (Normally it's within one week). You will receive tracking in your email. The faster you pay the faster you will receive your items. We are not a storage facility and appreciate clear communication in regards to pick up.
We are not responsible for damages during shipping.

Shipping:
VERY IMPORTANT! The Baby Grand Piano, Grandfather Clock and Treadle Singer are for local pickup or BUYER ARRANGED SHIPPING only! We can provide a reference for Piano shipper/mover.
Shipping on all items is available through a third-party shipping partner (Pack-n-Ship Littleton, CO). To get a lot shipped you must send an email to aardvarkestateservices@gmail.com or text to 720-480-1038with your invoice number and last name within 24 hours. We will deliver your won lots to Pack-n-Ship, then they will contact you to discuss your shipping options and cost to ship. Pack-n-Ship will consider items abandoned if no response after 10 days. Aardvark Estate Services is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. We are also not responsible for the cost of shipping. We can also ship via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. All terms and conditions apply. All art will need to be professional packed so as not to get damaged during shipping.
Terms:
- All item sales are final, meaning no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstance.
- All item listing descriptions, titles, weights and measurements are approximate, not exact.
- All items are sold as-is, where-is.
- All items won by buyer must be completely removed from pickup location.
Removal:
By bidding in this auction, you agree to remove the entire lot(s) you have won from the pickup location on the scheduled pickup time. If all items in the lot(s) are not removed from the pickup location, you will forfeit your entire purchase without refund. If you win a lot(s) that could be considered large/heavy and fail to pick up, there will be a $100.00 charge added to your credit card to remove your forfeited items. There will be no boxes, bags or packing material available at the pickup location. Staff on site will not assist lifting items. You are solely responsible for bringing the proper means to remove the lot(s) you have won from this auction.
