No early birds or early sales.
Roxborough Park has a security booth. Tell them you are coming to the Estate Sale on Red Fern. They will have a map for you.
Entrance to the sale will be through the front door. First in line will be the first in the door. No sign in sheet. Please do not enter property until day of sale.
DON'T go into areas marked “Private” or block the driveway. We are using the driveway for loading only. Please park on the SOUTH side of the road.
Bring your own bags or boxes for your purchases.
Bring your own people and vehicles to load large items. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP LOAD.
All Sales are final and sold "as is, where is" without warranty expressed or implied. No promise of condition is made by the seller.
Prices are FIRM first day of sale, negotiable on Saturday and 50% off on Sunday
Bids left will be considered at sales end. Please feel free to leave one and we will follow up with you on the last day.
A holding area is provided for your convenience. Use at your own risk as we DO NOT monitor.
