The beautiful Victorian house that LVS Antiques has been in for three years is up for sale. All merchandise in shop is also for sale from May 7 to May 26, 2016 at 50% off. Antique and vintage furniture, collectibles, Christmas, linen, lamps, shades, chandeliers, mirrors, rugs, gurgle pots, copper pots, quilts, kitchen and household items, stemware, china, jewelry, books and children's book, toys, art and decor, work and yard tools, outdoor furniture, pots. Cash or Credit Card. Sales tax will be charged. If you are tax exempt you must bring copy to leave of current tax license. Shop lifters will be prosecuted. Changing tags is shop lifting. No signup sheets. First come first served. Entrance and exit through front door.
All valuables will be removed from premise each day of sale. All sales are final. All items sold "as found, as is". No warranty or implied condition statements will be made by sales staff.
We will not load or break-down or carry any items purchased. Please bring help and tools to load furniture and boxes to remove small items.
LVS will not be responsible for personal injury, accidents or misgivings to anyone while on premises. Please no strollers or small children.
