Buyer is responsible for removing property from the site prior to closing on each day of the sale. We will make appointments post-sale for large furniture. No large bags or purses are allowed into the sale. Hold table time is limited to 1/2 hour. If a markdown is scheduled or announced, sale price will not apply to items already on hold.
