All attendees are expected to behave courteously and respectfully toward staff and other customers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises. Prices are firm, and haggling or bartering is strictly prohibited. Additionally, all items must be handled with care. If any damage is caused, the responsible party must purchase the item.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle with proper identification.

Please note that buyers are responsible for bringing assistance to load large or heavy items, as staff cannot assist with loading.

Driveway Parking is restricted to those loading large or heavy purchases; failure to abide by this may result in the removal of the vehicles at the vehicle owner's expense.

Sold Stickers: Only our associates may place sold stickers on items. To purchase an item, please request a sticker sold by a team member; this indicates a commitment to buy. Hoarding items to review later will prevent others from purchasing them; therefore, using the hold table/ sold stickers is a commitment to purchase said items.

Item Inspection: Please examine all items thoroughly before purchase. All items are sold as is, with no refunds or guarantees. Electronic items are not guaranteed to be in working condition, so we recommend testing them before buying.

Pricing Policy: Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be offered on subsequent days.

Removal of Large Items: Buyers are responsible for removing large items two hours before the sale’s closing on the last day. If assistance is needed, please bring help, as staff cannot assist with loading.

Theft Prevention: Theft is not tolerated. Anyone caught stealing will be reported to law enforcement.

Opening Time: Doors open at the published time—no early entry.

Returning Items: If you decide not to purchase an item you’ve picked up, please return it to its original place. Alternatively, an associate can assist in placing it back.

Damages: Buyers are responsible for the total cost of any items they break or damage.

Food & Drink Policy: No food or beverages are allowed inside. Kindly dispose of any trash appropriately.

Pre-Sales & Pricing Information: We do not conduct pre-sales or share pricing details before the sale.

Sign-Up Process: We do not honor written sign-up lists. Our staff will provide numbers approximately one hour before the sale begins.
