Mariana Butte Estate Sale

Terms

We will be accepting cash, debit and credit card with a minimum of $20 for card charges. We do not allow previews or pre-sales for the benefit of all our customers. We will not be able to assist with larger items during our sale hours on Friday, but we will have help on Saturday. Please bring someone to help load. There will be plastic bags and some boxes available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.

This sale will be held in Mariana Butte Subdivision in southwest Loveland. Please park outside the driveway and do not block driveways. Be courteous to the surrounding neighbors.

Numbers will be handed out according to whomever arrives first. Staff should be there by 8:30 to hand them out. Rules of the sale will be given at 8:55 AM and the door will be opened. Entrance and exit will be through the front entrance on the east side of the home. Please line up along the sidewalk leading to the entrance.

We have priced the times in our sales appropriately to sell. Please be courteous and know we have put in the time and research to find the best price for the items. We sell all items on the first day by tag price and 50% off on the second day. Bids will be accepted on the first day above the next day's discount price. If you put in a bid and the item does not sell that day, we will call you that same evening. The item is yours if paid by 11 AM the next morning. Bidders who do not follow through with payment and pickup will not have the opportunity to bid again in the future.
