One-Day Only In-Person Estate Sale in Bonnel West

Entrance will be through the front door, First in line - First in the door - We do not use sign-in sheets or lists. All sales are served on a first come first serve basis with human presence required to hold your place in line. No line placeholders such as, but not limited to; bags, boxes or otherwise, will be honored or hold your place in line. This policy has been created to ensure a fair opportunity for all. We are excited to have you shop with us but it’s not fair for those who come and stand in line early on the day of the sale and are expected to stand behind other boxes or placeholders who are not present. We do not sell before the sale date!

SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is your (the buyer/shopper's) sole responsibility to ensure you understand how our estate sale process works. Caring Transitions of Fort Collins is not responsible for disputes that arise due to not reading these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions outlined below are also posted at every sale at the entrance. By entering the premise of any Caring Transitions of Fort Collins sanctioned event you agree to our Sale Terms & Conditions. Failure to agree to the terms and conditions, we require that you not enter the premises. By entering the premises, you agree to the posted Terms & Conditions. This is to ensure everyone has a wonderful time at our sales and understands how our estate sale process works and how our business is conducted without question and with punctual clarity. PAYMENT: We accept Cash, major credit cards with a chip, and Venmo. Credit cards will only be accepted if the purchase amount is over $10.00, we will NOT accept any credit card payments under $10.00.

PRICING: Prices are fair, and we DO NOT give out pricing information prior to the sale, our policy is to buy, you must see, feel, and touch, so attendance will be needed. We are not able to answer questions about products’ pricing etc. leading up to the sale start date and time, if you call and inquire about a specific item, please be aware we might not call you back. The best way to get an answer to your question is to come to the sale during sale day hours. You are of course welcome to email us, but we do not guarantee responses from emails that we receive, as we get hundreds of emails about a particular sale. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICING. It is not unheard of for price tags to fall off or be accidentally removed during the sale process. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing or to pull items from the sale at any time for any reason.

SHOPPING: We ask you to respect the home, respect the neighbor’s property and enjoy your shopping experience with Caring Transitions of Fort Collins. No returns: All Sales Final. Everything is sold as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied. Please inspect and check your item(s) before purchasing - absolutely no returns refunds or exchanges! No promise of condition is made by the seller or by us as agents of the seller!! Once an item has been paid for there will be no refunds distributed full or partial. If the item has been taken off the property and/or removed there will be no refunds given for damage caused or otherwise. We ask that NO OVERSIZED PURSES, BACKPACKS OR TOTES BE PERMITTED, PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR UNTIL AFTER YOU’VE PAID. Wallets and Clutches Only. This will be strictly enforced. A small holding area is provided for your convenience, the items you leave in the holding area are placed there at your own risk, and you are responsible for them and the damage they may cause. We DO NOT and WILL NOT monitor the holding area. Security will be on site before and after sale times. Shop lifters will be prosecuted and banned from further sales.

Changing price tags is considered shop lifting please just don't do it! We feel our prices are very reasonable for everyone involved. All items MUST BE REMOVED BY SALES END...If you do not pick up your items they may be resold, donated, and no refund will be issued. All valuables are removed nightly.

MOVING AND LOADING: WE DO NOT Move your items for you, nor do we provide moving supplies. Our insurance absolutely prohibits us from assisting with the removal of any items. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Please make sure to Bring your own help to load large and heavy items. Also bring your own bags, boxes, and paper to wrap items you purchase.

If you have the desire to pack your purchased items in a safe and secure way, we ask that you please remove them from the home before doing so, and pack them in your car.

PARKING: Please do not park or block driveways, fire hydrants or emergency areas. Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT EACH OTHER WHEN PARKING AND Obey all Parking signs for safety.

STREET PARKING ONLY! DRIVEWAY WILL BE OFF LIMITS! *First day line will start out front and will move to front door before we open at 9am.

LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale (Caring Transitions of Fort Collins) are NOT liable for injuries, accidents, loss, mishaps, or illness of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale, you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME:
Please keep in mind you are in someone’s home. We treat their home as we are guests and require you to do the same. Each sale is a unique opportunity, an invitation into someone’s home to view the items they may have cherished, so please shop, and respect the items and the home, as though it was yours, or we will not hesitate to ask you to leave.
