Terms

We will be accepting cash, debit and credit card with a minimum of $20 for card charges. We do not allow previews or pre-sales for the benefit of all our customers. We will assist with larger items during our sale hours. There will be plastic bags and some boxes available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.

Please park along the street. Be courteous of the surrounding neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

To start off the morning of the sale, there will be a staff member giving out numbers starting at 8:30 AM-- no sooner. Please come to get your own number even if you are in the same vehicle. You can knock on front door if you don't see staff. After receiving your number, you are free to leave or sit in your car until 8:55 AM when buyers start lining up to go inside. Entrance and exit will be through the front door. Please line up on the sidewalk!

We have priced the times in our sales appropriately to sell. Please be courteous and know we have put in the time and research to find the best price for the items. We sell all items on the first day by tag price, 25% on day 2, and 50% off on the final day. Some items may have a reserve amount and may not be discounted on the 2nd and 3rd day due to seller's discretion. Bids will be accepted on the first and second day above the next day's discount price. If you put in a bid and the item does not sell that day, we will call you that same evening and the item is yours if paid by 11 AM the next morning. Bidders who do not follow through with payment and pickup will not have the opportunity to bid again in the future.
