By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Items Sold "As-Is" All property is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind regarding the physical condition, age, authenticity, or value of the items. We provide high-resolution photos and descriptions to the best of our ability; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the items before bidding.
2. Local pickup Loveland, Colorad is limited to Saturday, February 7 from 10:00-3:00 unless other arrangements have been made.
3. Abandonment Policy; any items not picked up, will be considered abandoned. Ownership of abandoned items reverts to the auction house/seller.
4. Lady Pickers of Loveland charges an 18% buyer?s premium on all winning bids. The buyer?s premium is added to the hammer price and included on the final invoice.
No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.
