SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION:

Items are located in our office in Monument, CO.

Pickup is October 12th-13th (10am-4pm) by appointment

In-person inspection and preview is available by appointment only. Call the Auctioneer at (719) 667-1000 for details.

Shipping available on certain items - please check before bidding. Please note: shipping can take up to 5 business days to process. Canceled shipping requests will still be liable for material and handling charges.

An additional Buyer's Premium of 15% is added to the highest bid price for all items regardless of form of payment.

Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accepted for purchases, including titled vehicles, exceeding $1,000. Credit cards will NOT be accepted.

If you wish to pay for your purchases by cash or a credit card that is different from the one used to register for the auction, please notify us prior to 10am the day following the auction. All credit cards on file may be processed for purchases up to $1,000 at 10:30am on the day following the auction unless payment arrangements are made with our office.

All weights, measurements and dimensions are approximate.

Items not picked up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to the seller with no refunds.
