ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for shopping with us! Please keep the following in mind:

PAYMENT: We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo. All purchases must be paid in full before items are removed from the property.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.

LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS: Please BRING YOUR OWN HELP to move and load furniture and other large or heavy purchases. We are unable to provide lifting or moving assistance. Buyers are responsible for safely removing purchased items without damaging the home or property.

PICKUP: Unless other arrangements are specifically approved, all purchases must be removed by the end of the sale.

SAFETY: Please use caution while shopping and moving throughout the property. The estate, property owner, organizers, and helpers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

CHILDREN: Children must remain with and be supervised by an adult at all times.

PRICING: Prices are clearly marked. Reasonable offers may be considered at our discretion. Please do not remove or switch price tags.

HOLDS: Items will not be considered sold or held until payment has been received.

SHOPPING BAGS & LARGE PURSES: We reserve the right to limit large bags, backpacks, or similar items inside the home.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Please do not enter areas marked PRIVATE, open closed cabinets or doors in restricted areas, or remove items that are not marked for sale.

FINAL REMINDER: If you purchase it, please make sure you can move it, load it, and take it with you! ��
