Sale Overview

This is a three bedroom ranch home with a full basement and a single car attached garage which you enter from the basement. Our client lived in this area and this home for many years so there is probably something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you this weekend. And by the way the house is air conditioned!!! YEA.

Most of the furnishings in this home are in the Early American/Colonial style with several antique pieces and most of the furniture is in good condition. You will find many pieces of costume jewelry including a nice selection of Bolo ties, lots of vintage buttons, vintage women's clothing, hats and accessories, lots of nice 1950's kitchen items, nice hand & power tools, nice lawn equipment, a late 1800's Meriden B silver plate humidor, several sets of china & silver plate flatware, lots of glassware including cut, crystal, pressed, depression and others, a vintage Bally 25 cent working slot machine, an antique sausage maker, antique cider mill, antique well pump, some antique linens, tons of cleaning supplies, sewing & craft items, some very old postcards, a few old tin signs, some very old terrific black & white photos, old bushel baskets, lots of hardware, antique National cash register & of course the everyday items you are looking for.

Please pay close attention to the following instructions. Hunter Lane is a very small private one lane road. We will have an employee posted at the top and the bottom to direct traffic so there are no accidents. You can park anywhere on the property just not right in front of the house as that is a driveway to the next home. Nothing on the property is for sale including the farm equipment, everything that is for sale is in the the house at 160 Hunter lane or in the garage, please do not snoop around the neighbors homes or the property. We thank you for your understanding. Also the cell phone reception is very poor so please be prepared to pay cash as our credit card machine may not be working due to poor reception.
