We will be Observing Covid 19 social distancing and safe practice guidelines. We use a NUMBERING system that allows you to save your place in line. Please take one number PER PERSON when arriving to the sale. Numbers will be called in order for entrance.
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hold items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees normally don't have availability to help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do pre-sales or give out prices prior to the estate sale.
11) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists. You must use our numbering system. We provide numbers. (Numbers will be available at least 2 hours prior to opening the sale)
12) We provide baskets to help you carry items at the sale and save them in our hold area. The baskets are not for sale and are not to be used to transport items to your car. We have shopping bags that we can transfer purchased items to that you can take with you.
13) Firearm sales require a valid driver's license/ID and a passing background check (through Blue Core Shooting Center for $10.50 fee) and there is a $50 firearm transfer fee for each item purchased (paid to Blue Core Shooting Range at the time of pickup). The firearm(s) must be purchased at the sale and picked up after the background check is cleared at Blue Core Shooting Center at 7860 W Jewel Ave, Lakewood, CO 80232, Contact 303-988-5587. A Blue Moon Estate Sales representative/owner will notify the customer when their item(s) is ready, or not, to be picked up. IF the background check is not passed the firearm purchased will be refunded minus a $50 handling fee to Blue Moon Estate Sales of SW Denver.

We do not allow large handbags inside the home, and all food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.
