As-Is Condition: The vehicle is sold in its current condition. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to bidding and should satisfy themselves as to the condition, year, make, model, mileage, and any other details before placing a bid.

Where-Is: The vehicle is sold where currently located. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with removal, transportation, and any applicable taxes or fees.

Title Status: Vehicle is being sold from an estate. The estate has the title in hand, and will transfer the title upon full payment. 

No Test Drives: Due to estate sale conditions, test drives are not available. Preview and inspection appointments may be arranged prior to auction close.

All Sales Final: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason.

Buyer Responsibility: Winning bidder is responsible for pickup/removal within [3] days of auction close and must arrange transportation at their own expense.
