All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. If an item has a COA, LOA or certification it will be noted in the description. We are not autograph experts and our opinion of them is not a certification. These are being sold for a client; we do not own these items and make no claim of authenticity since we did not see the autographs actually being signed. We describe these as they are in our possession.
There are absolutely no returns on any items for any reason so know what you are bidding on before you bid. You are encouraged to do your own research and use your best judgement. The rule of the auction is you bid on it, you buy it and YOU OWN IT.
IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING, READ THIS SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BIDDING:
MOST ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items, very large items, and extraordinarily delicate items will not be shipped; these say “No Shipping” in the title. Shipping will begin the week following the end of the auction. Packing and shipping costs will be charged to the card you have on file with Auction Ninja. We will ship to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us and tell us otherwise.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS, DELICATE ITEMS, OR GLASS FRONT FRAMES: These items require special packaging for safe shipment. The packing fee you will be charged is at the end of the description in the item’s listing. Smaller glass front frames can be combined with like-sized items. For example, if you win two of these small frames, we will combine into one box and only charge you one packing fee. Larger frames cannot be combined. You will find these details in the descriptions. On top of the packing fee, you will also be charged for the actual shipping cost (the exact amount the carrier charges). Shipping can be very expensive and take extra time. Know before you bid! We will get it shipped to you, but you will be responsible for the payment.
OTHER ITEMS: Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee per box. Items over 5 lbs, large items and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual USPS postage plus $25 packing fee per box. If you require shipping on multiple items, we will combine as best we can into fewer boxes to keep shipping costs and packing fees down. It is up to our discretion in how to best pack the items for safe shipping, but we will try to be as cost effective as possible.
Electric City Auctions does NOT refund and does charge for packing and shipping. Please remember this before bidding. If you do not want to pay for packing and shipping you risk forfeiting your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of your purchase.
If you wish to use a FedEx or UPS Account for packing and shipping, we would be willing to deliver items to the nearest FedEx or UPS Store.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday March 26th through Saturday March 28th between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and the auction has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen, please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

Sometimes we use a can of Coke to show the size of the item. That does not mean that you get the can of Coke with the item. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures. Sorry.
