Review all photos and read the full description of an item before bidding. All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. There are absolutely no returns on any items for any reason so know what you are bidding on before you bid. The rule of the auction is: you bid on it, you buy it, YOU OWN IT.

Most of the electronics with hard drives or memory cards have had the hard drives or memory cards removed, meaning they are not included. This includes most of the gaming consoles! The hard drive caddies and hardware have been left in place where applicable. This is at the request of the consignor.

IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING, READ THIS SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BIDDING:
MOST ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the main picture. Very heavy items, very large items, and extraordinarily delicate items will not be shipped; these say “No Shipping” in the title. We typically begin shipping on the Monday following the close of the auction (although we may begin shipping earlier). If you have selected shipping and have won the bid, shipping costs will be charged to your card on file in Auction Ninja – you will see a second charge on your statement (one for the auction, and one for shipping). We will send to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us immediately to provide a different address. If your card is declined when charging for shipping then YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING YOUR ITEM and no refunds will be given so keep your card active after the auction ends.

Some of the larger or more complicated items have shipping costs in their descriptions. If no information about shipping is given in the item description, the following guidelines are applied: Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee per box. Items over 5 lbs, large items and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual USPS postage plus $25 packing fee per box. If you require shipping on multiple items, we will combine as best we can into fewer boxes to keep shipping costs and packing fees down. It is up to our discretion in how to best pack the items for safe shipping, but we will try to be as cost effective as possible.

Electric City Auctions does NOT refund and does charge for packing and shipping. Please remember this before bidding. If you do not want to pay for packing and shipping you risk forfeiting your purchase.

If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of your purchase.

If you wish to use a FedEx Account for packing and shipping, we would be willing to deliver items to the nearest FedEx Store with full packaging and shipping services.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday July 16th through Saturday July 18th between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen, please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

We often use a can of Coke to show the size of the item. That does not mean that you get the can of Coke with the item. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures. Sorry.
