All items in this sale are as-is and as pictured. There is no warranty whatsoever on any electronics . Everything is as described and the pictures are part of the description. Even if it says it works none of these items have been repaired, serviced or restored and because of the age of things we can not guarantee any functionality. Any accessories such as power cords, cables, boxes, etc. will be in the description or the picture. If it is not in the picture or the written description then it does not come with it. Please read descriptions before bidding as there are no returns. The rule of the auction is... You bid on it, You buy it and YOU OWN IT.
ONLY A FEW ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED, MOST CAN NOT! These are marked with the package symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the main picture. Items that cannot be shipped will state NO SHIPPING in the title. If you select shipping on items that can be shipped, we typically begin shipping on the Monday following the close of the auction (although we may begin shipping earlier). Shipping costs will be charged to your card on file in Auction Ninja – you will see a second charge on your statement (one for the auction, and one for shipping). We will send to the address that is on your Auction Ninja registration unless you contact us immediately to provide a different address. If your card is declined when charging for shipping then YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING YOUR ITEM and no refunds will be given so keep your card active after the auction ends.
Shipping cost for smaller items under 5 lbs will be actual USPS postage cost plus a $10 packing fee. Multiple items under 5lbs may be up to an additional $10 each and that is up to our discretion. If it's difficult to pack for safe shipping it will be more but if it's easy to combine items it will be less. We try to be as cost effective as possible.
Items over 5 lbs and items requiring extra care in packing will be actual postage plus $25 packing fee. These include fragile items and large items. We typically can not combine items like this in the same package and will charge a $25 packing fee per item.
Electric City Auctions does NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before bidding. If you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping you may forfeit your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of your purchase.
LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Thursday July 23rd through Saturday July 25th between 10am and 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. If you need an alternate day, because things happen PLEASE CONTACT US and we can usually be pretty cool about it.

These are all great for resellers, audio hobbyists or the private collector. Pickup is easy at our store with regular hours and we offer several days of pickup with no appointments necessary.
