All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations expressed or implied. All sales are final. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos, descriptions, and condition reports prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have examined the item to your satisfaction or have chosen not to do so.
All payments must be made through LiveAuctioneers Payments. A valid credit card must be on file in order to bid. Invoices will be automatically processed and charged through LiveAuctioneers Payments within three (3) days of the invoice being issued. We do not accept alternate forms of payment, including cash, checks, wire transfers, or payments made outside of the LiveAuctioneers platform.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to any items being released for pickup or shipping.
We offer shipping through LiveAuctioneers’ Live Shipping program. If selected, all packing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery are handled entirely by LiveAuctioneers. Once items are released to the Live Shipping carrier, we have no control over shipping times, tracking updates, or delivery estimates. All shipping-related inquiries must be directed to LiveAuctioneers customer support. Anne & Anna is not responsible for items once they have been picked up by the Live Shipping provider.

If buyer-arranged shipping is selected, items will be delivered to Shipping Depot within approximately eight (8) business days after full payment of the invoice. The buyer is responsible for contacting Shipping Depot directly to arrange and pay for all packing, handling, and shipping services. Buyers must email us confirming authorization to release items to Shipping Depot.
Pickup will be held on May 17th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This is the only scheduled pickup window. All items must be removed during this time unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.
Any items not picked up during the designated pickup window, or for which shipping arrangements have not been made within eight (8) business days of the auction’s close, will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund.
Anne & Anna reserves the right to withdraw any item prior to sale, reject any bid, or resolve bidding disputes at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in descriptions.
