Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on smaller items that have been designated as shippable. Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 12th in Wiggins , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be able to accommodate a small set number of scheduled early pick up times on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th.
All vehicles, tractors and large farm equipment that have been listed in description as being out in a field will need a 4x4 vehicle to access the area to pick those up. Appropriate items such as winch and or loader will be needed for some of those items.
All items that are electric powered have been tested as powering on unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss.
The property is accessed by going through a small tunnel that is 13' 10" in height.
