Local pickup & SHIPPING options- Shipping Available on most items in this auction. Look for Box icon in the upper right hand corner on main listing and will also show SHIPPING AVAILBLE above the BID NOW button. Larger items are Local pick up only . Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 23rd in Severance , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be offering a set number of scheduled early pick up times on Wednesday, August 20th. Do not bid if you are unable to make the pick up time and date.
Most items in this auction are New in Box, New in Packaging. Please utilize the pictures as part of the item description. If an item is electric or battery powered and is not New in Box then it has been tested before being listed in the auction unless it states not tested in the item description. Shipping items must be listed as SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. If an order is worth more than $100 additional insurance shall be purchased to cover the value of the order. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
