WHOLE HOUSE BROOKFIELD ESTATE SALE

The setting of this sale sets the stage for just how lovely the contents are! The homeowner was a lifetime flight attendant for American Airlines and was able to travel the world. She had incredible taste and collected the finest in her travels. When she wasn't in the air, she was tending to her gardens and her wonderful home with amazing style and grace. 

Let's start with the grounds...Pool, pool house, patio and wonderful screened in porch. Each boasting amazing furniture both vintage, and newer and all in amazing shape. Not often do we find a vintage iron tete-a-tete..and now we have two! There are several other vintage iron table sets, including a very unusual Victorian style 4 chairs and table set. Loads of garden pots in all shapes and style. A screened in porch with vintage 'true' wicker in excellent shape. There is a patio with a conversation set and dining set also in excellent condition. 

Enter this charming house and you will find a nice collection of art from around the world. Featuring works from India, Cuba, Mexico, Dutch and some really fun folk art. The rugs throughout the house are in mint condition from Persian, to Iranian, to South Western. A wonderful Campaign wall unit, and incredible living room set (never seen anything like it!). Several AMAZING Lucite pieces, a super sweet vanity and utilitarian bar cart, wine rack, ice buckets, napkin holders and several desk accessories. 

If you are a Rosenthal collector, we got you covered. Crystal glasses in all shapes and sizes, no chips! (except for maybe one). Desk accessories, bird figurines, and statuary. There are several pieces of Lalique and Baum.A wonderful collection of vintage perfume from Chanel to Hermes and some really fun compacts from around the world. A nice china set by Laure Japy for Limoges; chargers, dinner plates, salad and tea cups and saucers.
