This is a pickup only auction at the estate in East Haddam, CT. Some items will be available for pickup at our warehouse in Danbury, CT for a fee. There will be no shipping option for this auction.
The pickup will be at the estate in East Haddam, CT on Saturday, August 1st from 12-3pm. Please do not come early. We will start pickups promptly at the start time. Items not picked up during these days/times will be considered forfeited without refund. You can also schedule a pickup for a few select pieces of furniture from August 2nd-August 8th at our warehouse in Danbury, CT for an additional fee. If the item is available for pickup in Danbury, CT, it will be mentioned in the item description along with the additional pick up fee.
Curbside delivery is available but we MUST be notified immediately after the auction close and before Friday, July 31st if you would like your winning item(s) delivered. Any delivery requests received after Friday, July 31st will not be honored and your item(s) will be considered forfeited without refund. We will have no access to items after the pickup. The curbside delivery charge is $250 for the first piece and $50 each additional to Westchester and Fairfield County. Anywhere outside will be $6/mile ($300 minimum) for the first item plus $50 for each additional item delivered. Tolls and Sales Tax are not included in the price. NYC & NJ deliveries add $100.
