Please come prepared with tie-downs, tools, your own assistance in lifting, work gloves, dollies, ladders, hand trucks, etc. If any person assists you in removing your items, even a fellow winning bidder, it is courteous and customary to tip this individual.
Please note that there is not always power, water, or a restroom in any building that may be subject to an auction removal. Any items needed for removal should be battery powered. There is NOT a bathroom available at this auction site. There is not a fork lift on site, please be prepared to remove your items. Please do not park in driveway, instead wait for instruction from our team. All items are located in the base level of the garage of the home, with easy access. The garage items are level.
