This is Part I of the Grand Finale of our work at the gorgeous Homestead Inn, in Greenwich, CT. If you've been following along, you'll remember the exquisite decor and tasteful furnishings that we've sold so far. Now, we extend that to the remaining items at the inn- from more fabulous decor, to catering and event staging pieces, oodles of high end linens, to the gorgeous lighting and plumbing fixtures at the inn. This is the last call for this historic Greenwich beauty - and an auction not to be missed! (The property is being renovated and will welcome everyone back soon). Note: PART TWO CLOSES ON 5/4/22. There are many multiple items in the shared sales - be sure to check out both!


Parts of this sale are DEMOLITION. We will identify which items that includes. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cut off at the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. Pick up will be held rain or shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager.
