1 - Antique Print of Two Dogs in Ogee Frame Frame measures 18" x 22" and is in good condition. Print appears antique in age and is unsigned from what we could see.

2 - White Dinning Table w/ 1 Leaf Table is in good condition with some wear spots to the top finish. Comes with 1 -18" leaf which has a worn spot on the surface. Measures 68" x 44" x 30"

3 - Hitchcock Sideboard Hutch Sideboard is in excellent condition with a gold painted fruit and floral pattern. Original labeling included in drawers. Sideboard also features eagle door pulls and comes apart into 2 pieces. (Phillips head screwdriver required for disassembly) Measures 57" L X 75.5" H X 19" W

4 - Lot of Ceramic Kitchen Items Lot includes 2 canister sets and grouping of yellow bowls. Lot includes 13 pieces.

5 - Small Collection of Ceramic Pitchers Most pitches appear to be hand painted and vintage in age. Most have signatures on the bottom. See pictures for details and conditions. Lot includes 7 pitchers.

6 - Pair of Hand Painted Botanical Engravings Certificate of authenticity on back. Prints are modern reproductions of antique prints made in the same process as the originals. Measures 17.5" x 24"

7 - Solid Wood Sideboard Sideboard is very heavy and in good condition. Age appears to be modern/vintage. Veneer is lifting on the left side of the bottom door. See pictures for details. Measures 58.5" L X 19" W X 36" H

8 - Lenox Holiday Plate and Candle Set Lot includes 10- 8" plates, 10- 11" plates and 2 candle holders. All are signed "Lenox" and are in good condition. Plates feature a gold rimmed holly decorative pattern.

9 - Lot of Assorted Glass and Crystal Lot includes 16 pieces. Conditions and age varies, most appear to be un-signed. See pictures for conditions.

10 - Vintage Carved Oak Sideboard Sideboard is in good vintage condition and is made by "Rockford". Measures 66" L X 20" W X 39" H
