Private Estate Sale - Everything must go

1. Visitors shall adhere to the specified estate sale hours. The sale will only be accessible during the designated time frame.
Early entry or lingering after closing is not permitted.

2. Respectful Behavior: Visitors shall treat estate sale staff, other shoppers, and the property with courtesy and respect.
Disruptive behavior, rudeness, or attempts to negotiate aggressively are strictly prohibited.

3. Payment and Settlement: Visitors shall settle their purchases promptly using cash.
Leaving without settling the bill is not allowed.

4. Handling of Items: Visitors shall handle items with care. Delicate or fragile pieces should be treated respectfully.

5. Restroom Usage: Access to restroom is not permitted.

6. Children and Supervision: Children are welcome, but parents or guardians must supervise them at all times.
Children should not touch or handle sale items without supervision.

7. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Visitors who violate rules or exhibit disruptive behavior may be asked to leave.

8. Parking and Traffic Flow: Visitors are requested to park on the right side of the road.shall follow designated parking areas and traffic flow instructions.
Parking on neighboring properties or obstructing traffic ishicles will be permitted to enter the driveway only to pick up larger items purchased.

9. Pricing - A majority of the items have been priced. If you like it I would recommend that you buy it. Price reductions will not be permitted until the final day of the sale8
