Description & Details

 We are selling the estate of a fine lady, she was an antique dealer many years ago and had an amazing sense of style and pizazz!  It is a six room condo that is jam packed.  She loved everything Victorian!  We are still working on the sale, so far there is massive antique Victorian furniture including a large oak hall tree with seat, a carved Victorian sofa and chairs, assorted other upholstered chairs, carved walnut double bed and dresser with marble top, a marble top commode with matched veneer and towel bar, a huge triple armoire (comes apart for moving),   marble top and other tables, platform and other rockers.  There is a petite French vitrine with Vernis Martin putti and curved glass,  an Empire game table, a wonderful Edwardian fernery table,  a dining room table with two leaves, two whatnots, french settee, small maple secretary, a carved maple poster bed, a wicker desk or server, a wicker china cabinet.  Downstairs is a conversation bench for a telephone, a tufted sofa and loveseat, a small desk, a table with Caryatid legs, TV armoire. There is a collection of fine antique lace pillow covers on pillows. Three lighting items of note: a possibly Pittsburgh reverse painted shade, a Miller lamp base, and a 1930's brass and stained glass shade hanging in the dining room.  There is a banquet lamp with a cranberry shade.  Other vintage and newer lamps with a look!  Bronze and spelter statuary,  a group of antique flow blue in the Watteau pattern, a pair of antique mantel lustres, clocks, prints and frames including ornate brass, silk and jeweled.  Two lovely matching stained glass windows.  There are mirrors and sconces, brass jardinieres and flower pots,  much decorative, tons of fabric throw pillows, Halloween and Christmas items.  There are beaded and mesh bags, and costume jewelry.  There is a resin figural lawn fountain.  There is a lot of cobalt glass and dishes, and the usual kitchen and household items that you find in a true estate sale.  There are no large tools or garden tools, just some small hardware items.  Looking forward to seeing you there!  PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OR BLOCK RESERVED RESIDENTS SPACES!!!!!!!!!  Only park on the side without the sidewalk PLEASE.
