1. Item Condition
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties, guarantees, or returns. Please review descriptions and photos carefully and ask questions before bidding.
2. Bidding
Bids cannot be canceled once placed. By bidding, you agree to purchase the item at your winning bid plus applicable buyer’s premium and sales tax.
3. Payment
• Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the close of the auction.
• Buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
• Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is submitted before auction close.
4. Pickup
• All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window.
• Buyers must bring sufficient help, tools, and packing supplies.
• We do NOT bring items back to our warehouse.
• Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
5. Shipping is done by Village Express a Third Party Vendor Please call them before bidding to find out about costs. WE do not do in house shipping. Items will be dropped off at village express within 7 days of the close of the auction.
6. Forfeiture & Future Bans
Failure to pay, pick up, or comply with terms may result in item forfeiture and banning from future auctions.
7. Finality of Sale
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

The Village Express Pack & Ship 1204 Main St in, Branford, CT 06405 (203) 481-7426 Items Will Be Dropped Off There After Payment Has Been Made. We do not accept buyer supplied shipping labels. Please make sure your information on Auctioninja is correct we do not receive your email.
