PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to buy that item. Do not collect items if do not plan to purchase them. When you place a sold sticker on an item and then decide not to buy it this impacts the item's ability to be bought by someone else. If you pick up an item and decide not to purchase it, please place the item back where you got it or give it to an employee.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing.
3) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur after the first day.
4) The buyer is responsible for the removal of purchased large items. Large items must be removed two hours prior to closing time on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not assist in moving, loading, and removing large items.
5) If anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) If you break or damage an item you must buy the item.
8) Please do not bring food or drinks into the sale.
9) We do not conduct pre-sales or give out prices prior to the estate sale.
10) We do not honor any written sign-up lists, numbers will be handed out by Blue Moon staff one hour before the sale's opening time.
