Please join us for another exciting Consignment King sale in Monroe, CT. The house is being prepared for sale so the time has come to cleanse the contents of the house, walk-up attic, workshop space, garage and storage sheds.

1. Please park on the cross street that will be made available and avoid the main road. The cross street will provide direct access to the property. ** Be respectful of neighbors property and driveways **
2. CASH is PREFERRED. NO CHECKS. Credit/Debit cards are also accepted for larger purchases.
3. YOU MUST BRING ASSISTANCE FOR LARGER ITEMS AND BE PREPARED TO REMOVE FROM PROPERTY AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
4. If you bring a bag to the sale in order to shop, please be prepared to have it reviewed upon entry and exit of the premises.
5. Please bring boxes and packing materials as there are none available.
6. Driveway will be used for immediate loading of large items only. Please park on the street.
