VERY IMPORTANT: We LOVE it when customers find just the right piece of furniture for their home or to re-sell, but we do not have the manpower to move large items. So PLEASE bring -- or be able to get -- assistance for picking up/loading. THANK YOU!!

ALSO: Please take care when parking at the sale -- this is a busy road and there will be minimal on-site parking (but plenty of room and access for pickups). ARTWORK:  Early 19th century oil on board of a whiskered gentleman; large Wallace Nutting hand-colored photo - "Morning Greeting"; huge contemporary abstract painting -- the artist's vision of a chalkboard complete with real chalk & eraser, (c. 1970s-1980s) signed Bellew; antique etchings & prints, art photographs.

RUGS: Superb needlepoint living room or dining room rugs;  smaller antique & vintage wool & hooked area rugs.

MISCELLANEOUS: Lots of small collectibles, books, including some beautiful coffee table books, kitchenware, glassware, decorative items; baskets, lamps; mirrors, exercise equipment, garage items; local interest pieces, etc.

These chairs were custom made in England and are in fantastic condition -- please see the next pic to see how they look without the cushions; the antique table was bought separately and these can be sold all together or separately. Without the cushion -- amazingly comfortable. Check out the gorgeous needlepoint rug...next pic is a closeup and color is MUCH nicer in real life...See?!Everyone wants this chair!! More -- 2 chairs, 2 rockers, another little table. Great 19th c. hat hook to hang on wall. Victorian pier mirror -- nice detail at top that I'm sorry doesn't show up in this pic...I'll try to add one. In very nice condition.Wrought iron single bed - great for child's guest room , and antique Chinese area rug.Hard to see in this pic, but this mirror has acorns and oak leaves all around it. Surprisingly, it's a newer one, but looks the part of its early 1900s inspiration. Sorry, the porch isn't included with this great wicker set.
