SALE WILL BE HELD FOR 2 DAYS ONLY-  FRIDAY, JANUARY 26, FROM 8 AM TO 3 PM and SATURDAY, JANUARY 27, FROM 8 AM TO 3 PM.    *****NO EARLY BIRDS OR DOOR-KNOCKERS, PLEASE*****  THE HOME IS OWNER OCCUPIED, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL [per request of the homeowners].  

NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 7 AM ON, IN A BOX ON THE FRONT STEP.

PARKING- Seeing as the home is set back on a shared driveway, please pull all the way forward to the home and not block other residents from exiting.  The driveway is a round-about.  Plenty of on-grass parking.  please park parallel to the garage, so we can maximize the number of cars [likely can fit 20-25 if all park responsibly]  PLEASE keep the driveway clear, to avoid congestion.  We need the driveway free to allow the buyers to load [it circles, so please keep it free].  Unfortunately, all overflow must park on the street.  After purchasing your items, feel free to pull up to the residence to load your items.  

LOADING LARGER ITEMS- we will help as available, but if dealing with heavy traffic, please allow us to take care of customers if help is required.
