Entry numbers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once a number has been issued, customers may leave the premises and return prior to entry.
Customers will be admitted according to their assigned number sequence as occupancy permits.
Customers must be present when their number is called. ACL Estate Services reserves the right to proceed to the next available number if a customer is not present. If customer is not present when called, they will be re-admitted according to their assigned number sequence as occupancy permits.
Admission priority is determined solely by assigned entry numbers and available occupancy.
One entry number per person. Numbers are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or shared. All tickets are forfeited upon entry.
Possession of a number does not guarantee access at a specific time, as entry is dependent upon customer departures and occupancy limits.
ACL Estate Services reserves the right to modify entry procedures as necessary for safety, crowd control, or operational needs.
All Sales Final
- All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Inspection Responsibility
- Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, and Venmo
Item Removal
- Purchased items must be removed by the stated deadline.
- Items left beyond the deadline may be considered abandoned.
- Bring help to load large items.
Hold Policy
- No holds unless specifically approved by staff.
- Paid items must remain marked as sold until pickup.
Security
- Shoplifting will be prosecuted.
- Security cameras may be in use.
Entry
- Entry is at the customer's own risk.

This estate was home to avid historians with many hobbies. They were big into historical items, reading, quilting, knitting, textiles, wood-working, cooking, travel and a great vinyl records selection. There are many older books, vintage and antique items- domestic and imported, older tools including what appears to be a fully equipped loom, and an antique hand plow.

Lots and lots or yarn/patterns/material/knitted items. Dozens of professionally hand-knitted sweaters. Antique and Vintage Quilts, and doilies. Handmade rugs.
Plant stand and planter pots
Vinyl records (Classic Rock, and more) Billy Joel, Simon and Garfunkel, many many more.
Vintage games, and puzzles
Women's glasses, Jackets (Land's End, L.L. Bean), Shoes (Size 7ish), Vintage Perfumes, Purses
Vintage cookware- Revere Ware, Cast Iron, Corning Ware, and more.
