Payment Methods – We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. We also accept Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
No Early Entry – Doors open at the advertised time.
First Come, First Served – We do not hold items. Items must be purchased in person.
Buyer Responsibility – Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing. No claims will be accepted after the sale.
Bring Help for Large Items – Buyers must bring their own help for moving and loading large items.
Not Responsible for Accidents – Enter and shop at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property.
Surveillance & Security – Theft will not be tolerated. The premises may be monitored, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
Respect the Property – Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or neighbors’ properties. No restrooms are available for public use.
