4. Please bring your own bags, boxes, packaging material, and anything else you need to safely transport your items
5. We will remove large purchases from the home for you and help you load your vehicle. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
6. All items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not pre sell or hold items.
7. We do not tolerate disrespect to our staff or your fellow buyers. Failure to follow the rules and respect the signage will result in a ban.
