Please bring appropriate muscle power (not people with bad backs as your help), proper vehicles, and packing supplies especially paper and bubble wrap for fragile items and straps and blankets when picking up larger treasures. While we at Best Treasures make every effort to list any flaws, defects, or repairs, many of the items are in used condition, although there are quite a few items in this auction that are reasonably new or barely used. All items whether new or used are sold in As In Condition. All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason.
If you plan to come with a truck, trailer, or large moving van please call auction manger to make arrangements. especially when picking up large furniture pieces. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Shipping is available for smaller items. USPS $18.00 plus postage per box. please text auction manager to make sure item is ok for shipping before you bid . Shipping for Artwork greater than 12"x 12" or large rugs items these will require client arranged shipping. plus extra handling fees. Please contact auction manager to make sure item can be shipped before bidding!
The driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars near the garage. If the driveway is full please be patient- Park on the road on outside of stone wall and be mindful of this and other neighbor's property, vehicles can pull into driveway but do not drive on the lawn or cobble stone edging. Thank you!
