This auction was set originally to go live in December of 2024 but the current owners bought the entire contents of the property and now have been doing some major renovations and updates. So while this wonderful and charming 1796 home has been undergoing a major updates, some of these antique and vintage decor items no longer fit the vibe of the updated home. This home has a wonderful Artist studio, and great outdoor living spaces. Some of the treasures in this home include some of the historic and interesting charm and character of a Connecticut Post Revolutionary Home. The home was quite inspiring for different types of artwork creativity from paintings, drawings, pottery and more.
