MID CENTURY ESTATE IN SOUTH WINDSOR

This is a great sale if you need good affordable mid century furniture, bookcases, kitchen items, and an abundance of never used items for your home!  We have a 1960 Story and Clark upright/console piano in excellent condition, it was kept tuned and played until a few years ago.  Inquire if you are interested in the piano, we will sell this before the sale.  Only the piano is available before the sale, nothing else, thanks. The style would fit right in with any decor you have.  The dining room has a mid century Danish design table and chairs, a Mid Century Modern inlaid Stanley walnut china cabinet and matching server, and an adjustable slat bench.  Two mid century modern styled tall bookcases with storage cabinet below in the living room. A barrister bookcase (not antique), and a Garrard turntable and Realistic receiver in a stereo cabinet. A Lane mid century coffee table in the family room, and some little side tables.  Three tall bookcases in the office, and a classic walnut flat top desk with drawers on either side.  There are some books, and vintage games and some toys.   There is a working older Kenmore washer and dryer.  Upstairs are two mid century chairs, a small slat bench, a painted dresser, a couple of tables, etc.  Lamps, decorative items. etc.  There are many pieces of vintage fabric (some in bolts, but most just yardage), many from Germany.   Beautiful wool hand knit sweaters, many clothes that are new with the tags, and nice stylish and fun used clothing. Remember the mu mu?  We have some fun vintage ones! Lots of wool yarn, crewel sets, and sewing notions.  There are 2 Ott Lites for the sewing buffs, or just the "hard of seeing"!  Many purses, and new umbrellas galore!  Linens and aprons.  Kitchen items including a mini cappuccino machine with the box, 3 new toasters in boxes, many other pieces of serve ware, cookware, gift ware, new in the box!  A mini fryer, roasting pans, muffin tins, corning ware, all new!   A full size ping pong table, folds to move it, a radial arm saw, a small 12 cf refrigerator, a large freezer that works that someone can have for free!  There are a bunch of fans (hard to think about those right now, but you will need them!)  Lots of really nice new cutting boards.  Most of the new items have been stored for years, and they predate the christmas tree shop stuff!  Many of the items are from Germany.  There are garage tools, flower pots, and 2 Raleigh bicycles.  If you have some big strong friends there is an older Buderus Wood, coal, and gas boiler that is not plumbed in, probably weighs over 800 lbs!

This is a good down to earth sale where anybody can find something they can use!  We need to move it all out so come and get your deal!
