All items must be removed by the end of the sale. No exceptions. We are not responsible for your "pile".
Please bring your truck, van, friend to help loaded.
Many items will have prices visible using green stickers. For items not priced, please see a crew member or make an offer.
All participants must sign a waiver before entering the premises. Enter at your own risk. If you need help reaching for something, ask for assistance.
We reserve the right to exclude some items "last minute" from the sale based on the property owner request.
Due to the vast amount of stuff taking space in the house, we may limit the number of people to enter first, so please hold the line. We will not start early. 9am is the time.
